We expanded our team in 2012 to better serve our clients. Dana brings 36 years of contract negotiation and project management experience to the team. Alan has 34 years of contractor experience. Jordan brings a business background to the team. We also have over 29 combined years in Real Estate. This well rounded team is also on top of the latest technologies including video tours, virtual tours, each listing gets it’s own web site, texting, social media and current selling strategies. Dana has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Certified Investor Agent Specialist. Alan has over 34 years of contractor experience. Jordan has a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Our Three Roles
1. Consultant: You may notice we will ask you profound, insightful questions. Maybe you’ll notice they are the types of questions that the typical agent might not ever take the risk of asking you. Experience shows, that skilled consultants like us will ask you probing, intelligent questions, because discovering what is really important to you, is really important to us.
2. Negotiator: We treat your money like it is ours. When it is time to save you or make you money, we are like a pit bull. Like us, you probably believe it’s in your best interest to have a skilled, experienced and focused negotiator on your team. You will sooner or later become aware that our negotiating skills alone are worth every penny you pay us.
3. Manager of the Transactional Details: Every “i” must be dotted and every “t” must be crossed, because there are over 100 pieces of paper requiring upward to 43 signatures and initials, and making a mistake can be very costly to you. Every transaction has 100 to 150 phone calls alone, and each one of them is loaded with critical details. There are 43 different people from 14 different industries who get involved during the seven stages of your transaction.
